📒 VidhyaGharSe – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VidhyaGharSe By using our platform as a Parent/Student or
Tutor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure
a transparent and trustworthy experience for all users.
1. 🔍 General Terms
1.1 VidhyaGharSe serves as a platform to connect parents/students with independent tutors.
1.2 We do not employ tutors directly. They operate as independent service providers.
1.3 By registering or using our services, users agree to comply with all terms described here.

Parents/Students
2. Registration & Tutor Assignment
2.1 Parents/students must provide accurate details during registration.
2.2 Based on the submitted details, VidhyaGharSe will match you with suitable tutors for demo
sessions.
2.3 You will receive basic profile details of the tutor only after initial verification.
3. Demo Classes
3.1 Tutors may provide one complimentary demo class (or a maximum of two) depending on
availability and mutual agreement.
3.2 After the demo, you must confirm whether you wish to continue within 12-24 hours.
3.3 If you choose not to continue, no payment will be required for the demo class.
4. Fees & Payments
4.1 To confirm the tutor after demo, an advance payment is required to VidhyaGharSe.
4.2 Depending on your city and service, this may be 50% or 100% of the first monthly fee.
4.3 All payments must be made via VidhyaGharSe-approved channels only. Do not pay
tutors directly.
4.4 From the second month onward, monthly fees are to be paid at the end of each month as
directed.
4.5 If service is discontinued mid-month, you will be billed only for the number of sessions
completed, including the demo.
5. Safety & Responsibility
5.1 At least one parent or responsible adult must be present during home tuition sessions.
5.2 Parents are responsible for providing a safe, respectful, and undisturbed environment for

learning.
5.3 VidhyaGharSe is not liable for personal property loss or misconduct unless formally
reported and validated through our communication channels.
6. Service Limitations
6.1 VidhyaGharSe aims to match the best possible tutor based on requirements but does not
guarantee academic performance or results.
6.2 If a tutor becomes unavailable or if teaching quality is unsatisfactory, VidyaGharSe will
provide a replacement as soon as possible—typically within 2-3 working days, and earlier
where possible based on availability.
‍ Terms & Conditions for Tutors
7. Tutor Registration & Verification
7.1 Tutors must register with accurate personal, educational, and professional details.
7.2 Tutors may be asked to submit ID/address proof and academic certificates for verification.
7.3 Any falsification or misrepresentation of information will lead to deactivation.
8. Demo Classes & Assignment Confirmation
8.1 Tutors are expected to conduct one free demo class for each lead provided, unless
otherwise agreed.
8.2 After the demo class, tutors must inform VidhyaGharSe about continuation and scheduling.
8.3 Tutors should not request or accept direct payment or contact sharing from parents prior to
assignment confirmation.

9. Payment Terms
9.1 Fee Collection

VidhyaGharSe shall collect the tuition fee from the Parent/Student and remit the Tutor’s share after deducting the applicable Platform Service Charges as specified below.

9.2 Online Tuition Payment Terms

a. First Month: For all Online Tuition assignments, VidhyaGharSe shall deduct 60% of the first month’s tuition fee as a one-time student acquisition, marketing, onboarding, administrative, and platform service charge. The Tutor shall receive the remaining 40%.

b. From the Second Month Onwards: The Tutor shall receive 90% of the monthly tuition fee, and 10% shall be deducted by VidhyaGharSe as an ongoing Platform Service Fee for providing continuous support and services.

9.3 Home Tuition (Offline) Payment Terms

a. First Month: For all Home Tuition assignments, VidhyaGharSe shall deduct 50% of the first month’s tuition fee as a one-time placement, marketing, onboarding, and platform service charge. The Tutor shall receive the remaining 50%.

b. From the Second Month Onwards: The Tutor shall receive 95% of the monthly tuition fee, and 5% shall be deducted by VidhyaGharSe as a recurring Platform Service Fee.

9.4 Platform Services Provided by VidhyaGharSe

The recurring Platform Service Fee covers the following services:

  • Student lead generation and marketing.

  • Parent counseling and student onboarding.

  • Tutor profile promotion and visibility.

  • Payment collection and settlement.

  • Attendance tracking and reporting support.

  • Parent relationship management.

  • Student replacement assistance (where applicable).

  • Technical support for the VidhyaGharSe platform.

  • CRM and administrative support.

  • Complaint handling and dispute resolution.

  • Continuous business development and brand promotion.

  • Dedicated customer support for Tutors and Parents.

9.5 Payment Schedule

Tutor payments shall be released within 1–2 Business Days after the end of each calendar month, subject to:

  • Successful collection of the tuition fee from the Parent/Student.

  • Submission of attendance records or class reports, where applicable.

  • Compliance with this Agreement and VidhyaGharSe policies.

9.6 Non-Circumvention and Professional Conduct

The Tutor acknowledges that every Parent/Student introduced through VidhyaGharSe is an exclusive business lead of the Company.

The Tutor agrees that they shall not, either directly or indirectly:

  • Accept tuition payments outside the VidhyaGharSe platform for students introduced by VidhyaGharSe.

  • Bypass, avoid, or circumvent VidhyaGharSe to continue tuition directly with any Parent/Student introduced by the Company.

  • Encourage or request Parents/Students to discontinue using VidhyaGharSe.

  • Share Parent/Student information with any third party without written approval.

  • Refer or transfer VidhyaGharSe students to any other tutor, coaching centre, institute, vendor, agency, or competing educational platform without prior written consent from VidhyaGharSe.

  • Collaborate with any institute, agency, consultancy, or vendor in a manner that diverts students or business opportunities obtained through VidhyaGharSe.

9.7 Violation and Termination

Any breach of Clause 9.6 shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.

Upon verification of such breach, VidhyaGharSe reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate the Tutor’s registration and access to the platform.

  • Suspend all pending and future payments until the matter is resolved.

  • Permanently blacklist the Tutor from receiving future student leads.

  • Recover any financial loss or damages suffered by VidhyaGharSe due to the Tutor’s actions.

  • Initiate appropriate civil or legal proceedings, where permitted under applicable law, to protect the Company’s business interests.

9.8 Professional Ethics

The Tutor shall maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct while representing VidhyaGharSe.

The Tutor shall always act in the best interests of the Parent, Student, and VidhyaGharSe and shall avoid any activity that may harm the Company’s reputation, goodwill, or business relationships.


10. Commitment & Conduct
10.1 Tutors are expected to complete the agreed duration of assignment unless valid reasons
are communicated in advance.
10.2 Tutors must maintain punctuality, professionalism, and decorum during sessions.
10.3 Misconduct, harassment, untimely discontinuation, or promoting personal services directly
to parents is strictly prohibited.
11. Platform Rules & Code of Ethics
11.1 Sharing personal contact information with parents without VidhyaGharSe approval is not
allowed.
11.2 Tutors must uphold confidentiality and respect at all times.

11.3 Any behavior that harms the trust or safety of the platform may lead to blacklisting and
legal action.

12. Disclaimers
12.1 VidhyaGharSe does not control the conduct or skills of any tutor beyond verification
checks.
12.2 All users are advised to take reasonable precautions during sessions.
13. Privacy
13.1 Personal information will only be shared with concerned parties for educational purposes.
13.2 We do not sell data and comply with local data protection regulations.
14. Policy Updates
14.1 VidhyaGharSe reserves the right to modify, terminate, or update any terms with or without
prior notice.
14.2 Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
